Hello, the photo is blurry and the thumbnail is displayed on the screen? What to do, without formatting the memory card that is full of photos from a trip???

Hello, here are some details: Sandisk SDSCi 32 gigabytes extreme pro memory card: photo taken with a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ200. The thumbnail displays both on the Panasonic and on a Pioneer television screen. Number of photos taken is 28, all with "thumbnail" display. Thank you for looking into this. Regards.
