Thème Adapt / Portfolio / miniatures croppées

Bonjour,
J'utilise le thème Adapt Free Responsive Business Portfolio.
Je souhaite utiliser le portfolio mais les miniatures affichées sont automatiquement croppés et affichées en 230x180 tandis que je souhaite un format 16:9 non croppé = 320x180px
Comment m'y prndre, le thème n'inclue pas cette option et je ne trouve rien d'éditable sur style.css
Je crains de devoir toucher au php mais j'ai peur de faire des bêtises et je ne sais pas du tout où chercher...
