Remove automatic login to my Gmail account.

Good evening,

Before my vacation, to access my Gmail account, I would click on the Gmail tab I had installed, my email address would display, and then I had to enter my password.
Since my return from vacation, I have direct access to my Gmail account, which means that anyone using my computer can access my account directly by clicking on my Gmail tab.
How can I restore the previous situation, which is to require the entry of my password?

    Hello, disconnect and remember to uncheck the "stay connected" box on your next login ;)

      Thank you geek99, but it's not working because I don't have access to the 'stay connected' box, which I know and never check unless by mistake like this time.
      My question is: how can I access that box?

        Normally, if you log out after each use of your email inbox, the option is of little interest. Even if you uncheck it, your email inbox won't log out by itself instantly.
