Hello, from what age can you upload videos to YouTube?

there isn't really a specific age to post on YouTube (which I find quite debatable, by the way).
After that, you need to show a minimum of common sense...

I skimmed through YouTube's terms of service and didn't see an age specified (but I invite you to read them properly since you're asking the question)
However, there is this:
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible (to YouTube and any third party) for all activities conducted through your YouTube account.
So you're responsible, which means if you're a minor, it's your parents who are actually responsible. In case of serious issues, they are the ones who will go to prison (to put it simply and understandably^^)
I think you should read the terms of service AND ask your parents. I remind you that according to the law, parents are responsible for everything their children do, both in real life and online, and that they are supposed to have access to their children's accounts (which is mostly not the case).
