Disappearance of the "Mail Toolbar".

Hello, I can no longer send emails because the Mozilla toolbar I use has disappeared. Which toolbar should I look for and where can I find it? Thank you all.

    Are we talking about the same thing?
    Are you using the Mozilla Thunderbird email client?
    Or are you talking about the Mozilla Firefox browser?

      Yes Abel, it is indeed Mozilla Thunderbird. I can open it but I can no longer send. There is something blocking it, it has to do with tasks to do or upcoming ones, like a calendar, you see??

        I forget when I click on write, it opens but send no longer exists. Best regards, Hélèe.

      The write page is open:
      - right-click on the toolbar,
      - select "Customize".
      - In the window that opens, drag and drop the "send" image button to the mail toolbar.

      Good evening Abel, I don’t have an image button in the customization window. When I open to write: only the word in capital letters appears: writing, my email, and subject, that’s all. Send is always invisible. Furthermore, I no longer know where the mail bar is. Excuse me and good night. Hélène

    check that File -> Offline -> Work Offline is disabled

        Click F10 or ALT to display the toolbar, check the menu bar and navigation bar. The problem is that the navigation bar does not always appear. I used a Mozilla Thunderbird email client through TeamViewer. Have a nice day everyone. Hélène

    Oops, I didn't explain myself well :/

    So your toolbar is not checked...
    1) Open Thunderbird and then:
    - View
    - Hover over "Toolbar"
    - Mail toolbar must be checked. If not, click on it to check it.

    2) Next, if "Send" does not appear:
    - View
    - Hover over "Toolbar"
    - Select "Customize".
    - In the window that opens, drag and drop the "send" image button to the mail toolbar.

    If your problem is resolved, please let me know, it may help others.

    - Select "Toolbar"
    - In the window that opens, check [mail toolbar].

      This is not working / I tried: alt display checked mail, I tried alt right click on ? checked menu bar. I don’t know where the taskbars or toolbars are, anyway I'm lost. I don’t know if this email will arrive as I'm having difficulty with Orange but I prefer Mozilla. Thank you Abel.

        Hello Abel, I used a mailing client from Mozilla Thunderbird. Click F10 or Alt to display the toolbar, check the menu bar and the navigation bar. The problem is that the navigation doesn't always appear. So TeamViewer is a possible fallback. I also went into customization but couldn't find the image symbol, what does it look like or could it possibly have another name? Thank you, have a good day. Hélène.
