Yes, I tried but there’s a problem; I’ve had it for months and I hadn’t thought about it, and when I initiate the restoration it only goes back to last month at most.

Your PC is heavily infected, with Adwares, RAT (trojan) etc.
Moreover, you do not have antivirus software.

You have also installed plenty of cleaners, which can cause problems.

Once the text is pasted in Notepad.
File Menu then Save As.
On the left, go to the Desktop.

Malwarebytes (time: approximately 40 minutes of scanning):

Update it and then start a scan.

At the end of the scan, click on "Delete Selected" at the bottom left.
Restart the computer if needed.
After restarting, relaunch Malwarebytes.
Look for the report in the History tab.
On the left, Examination Log.
Double-click on the scan in the list.
Then at the bottom, Copy to clipboard
Go to http://pjjoint.malekal.com and at the bottom, right-click / Paste to paste the Malwarebytes scan report.
Click on send.
In a new message here in response, provide the pjjoint link so that we can consult the report.

Ah good, I downloaded the RstAssociations utility, ran it as an administrator from the desktop, in selection I clicked on all, in actions I clicked Restore, and then I restarted, everything works.
