Hello,

I need to take screenshots of film frames for an analysis. No problem usually. Now it's giving me gray images? What should I do?

Configuration: Mac OS X (10.10) / Firefox 38.0

    This happens when trying to take a screenshot of a copyrighted video... it's a restriction imposed by video publishers, Sacem, etc...

      I think it works, if we watch the movie with VLC, maybe also with MplayerX... It's something that just came to me, but I haven't tested it for a while. It was the case quite some time ago... so it needs to be tested...
