Hello,

I've seen many topics about switching Illustrator from EN to FR, but what I'm experiencing is different and unusual. I have the CS6 suite installed in French for quite a while and all my software is in FR. My Illustrator has always been in FR. Today, I launch it and it's in EN without me having touched anything? Well, I think. My Photoshop is still in FR.
I've seen on other threads... I went to the ILLUSTRATOR package / Contents / Resources / to change the en_EN but the fr_FR folder is already present!
I threw away the en_EN folder... and restarted, but it's still in ENGLISH...
What is this mess? How can I switch my Illustrator back to FR?

Thank you for your replies

    Hello

For your information, writing in capital letters on a forum means YELLING!! So please avoid doing it as much as possible. We are not deaf. Thank you.

As far as I know, the versions of Illustrator remain in the language chosen at the time of purchase. Therefore, I don't think it is possible to change the language. I have no idea how your issue could have occurred...?!

I suggest you download a demo version in French from the Adobe website, and then use your serial number to activate it.

Another possible and desirable solution is to contact Adobe support directly - I did it when I had an installation issue due to a bug on their installation DVDs, and they were able to help me.

    This phone number should be good 01 57 32 46 42 ...?

    Best regards.
