Hello,

Having bought my computer to assemble myself today, I have installed a GIGABYTE B85M-HD3 motherboard and everything seems well connected as explained, except for one part that I can't find, which is where I should connect all the fans, of which there are 2 to 3 in addition to the CPU fan I7.

Do you know how I could proceed?

Hoping I explained everything clearly

thank you very much in advance!!!

    Hello

This motherboard can only power two fans.
One for the processor (CPU_FAN) and one for a case fan (SYS_FAN).
The two connectors are located next to each other, above the PCIexpress 16 slot.

      Yes, I see them,
the (CPU_FAN) I connected for the processor fan, but the (SYS_FAN) I don't have any 4-pin fans that would match exactly the fans I already have in the case which are 3-pin.

      Thank you for your help!

Connecting a 3-pin plug to a 4-pin socket is possible, it's designed for that. The keying mechanism prevents incorrect connections.
