my cash register ECR 2250 is locked and I can no longer perform any actions

      I found this
      The data backup system in
      memory retains this information thanks to batteries when the register is no longer powered or in case of a power failure.
      If the register is disconnected without having installed the batteries, all the data in memory will be lost.

      SO, remove the batteries and unplug the register for a good hour.
