Hello,
Having Microsoft Office installed on my computer, I notice that a folder named "Custom Office Templates" is created automatically in my documents without my permission, but worse still, even though I delete it, it comes back on its own even though I am not creating any office templates or anything like that.
Is there a way to prevent its creation?
Thank you in advance,

Hello
This is a default folder generated by the Office installation, and I think it regenerates every time the program is updated because you delete it. I don't see anything in the Office options to prevent its creation.
Try setting this folder to hidden (right-click/Properties/at the bottom of the General tab check Hidden/Apply/OK).
If it is still visible even though blurred, go to folder options (control panel/folder options) check "Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives".
Wait for the next update to see if a new folder installs; if not, that's fine, you won't see it as long as you don't change anything in the folder options.
Best regards

I am familiar with this trick, but as mentioned, I was wondering if there was one that could really remove it..
Thanks anyway, if someone finds a solution, I’m still interested.
