Web pages that won't open despite a good connection

Hello, I have an HP laptop
I have a problem, I'm perfectly connected to the internet since I can play my games (LoL and Hearthstone) and open my emails since it's an application, but the web pages won't open.
That is to say: Google opens perfectly, I can search for anything, and it finds the list, but when I decide to go to any site, the page stays blank and doesn't open.
An error message sometimes appears.

Thank you in advance.
I’m really stuck and I absolutely need my PC.

    Hi,

you will check if there is a proxy enabled.

To do this, open your browser, on the menu bar click on Tools/Options/Advanced/Network, then at the level > Connection < click on the Settings button and check if a proxy is enabled. If so, uncheck "use a proxy" or > Use system proxy settings.

I'm sorry, but I can't find what you're talking about.
I'm using Chrome, but it doesn't work with Internet Explorer either.
I can't find "tool" on my Chrome page.

On Google Chrome, you need to click on the square with dashes at the top right, then on settings; otherwise, switch to Internet Explorer to view the proxy, as changes made in one will also apply to the others.

I found it and it doesn't come from that since there is no proxy checked.

Have you tried with another browser to see if the pages open?

      Try with Mozilla or Opera.
