USB key connection to RCA sockets

Hello everyone
In my Citroen C4 Grand Picasso, there is no USB port but only one RCA input (white and red). Is it possible to connect a USB drive to transmit music through my car radio, and how? It works with a smartphone, I’ve tried it and it works. I would prefer, if possible, to plug in a USB drive, which is easier to handle.

Hi

With a smartphone, it's simple; it decodes the mp3 files and the sound comes out through the phone's jack output. But if you plug in a USB key, who will decode the mp3 files? Certainly not your car radio, unless you use an mp3 player and connect it to the RCA inputs via a jack to RCA cable.
