Virtual keyboard freebox disappeared

Hello,
I have a little issue with the virtual keyboard on my Freebox. Normally, when I click on the address bar with the virtual mouse, the keyboard appears, but it hasn't shown up for a few days. I tried unplugging and plugging the Freebox back in just in case it was a minor bug, but the problem is still there. However, when I go to settings - remote control - VIRTUAL KEYBOARD WITH POINTER, I set it to yes, so I don't know where the issue is coming from. Could you please tell me what I should do? Thank you.

I don't know, but just like that? Why not call Free directly? It would be simpler, faster, and more reliable! They know their equipment inside out, and yours by studying the data from the box.
Is there a validation problem with the choice of the option? Or something else? Like a firmware update? It could be anything!

Call included in the plan from the landline connected to the Freebox or from a mobile with a Free SIM.
