How to add @ without using "insert" and "symbols"

Hello everyone,
I have Word 2007
Everything is in my question.
I have about a hundred email addresses to enter, each with an @ (at symbol).
Isn't there a way (keyboard shortcut) to type it?

    Hello,

    You also have the combination of the Alt Gr key and the (0 à @) key that you press at the same time
