How to reactivate my facebook account?

Hello,
My account has been disabled by Facebook, no admin is responding to me. I used my real name, but they decided that my name was fake. So I sent my identification documents and they still haven't reactivated my account.

    You need to be patient... it can take several months before things come back...

    It's like at the post office. You take a ticket... If you're lucky, you go right away. Otherwise, you wait.
