Hello,
I am using Word 2007 to do a mail merge with labels.
I encounter the same problem every time, which is having duplicate addresses on all pages.
Let me explain better
I want to print 72 labels
each page contains 24 labels so 24 different addresses. For 72 addresses, I should normally print 3 pages (3*24=72). But instead, I get 10 pages and on each page, I find some of the addresses that were on the 1st and 2nd pages...
So my question is how to fix the duplication of addresses
Thank you for your help
Best regards.

Hello,
can you specify whether your data is in an Excel or Word table or something else?
Does the format chosen for your label sheet match?
In the template document, did you use the command "Update Labels" correctly so that they reproduce properly on each one? When you press ALT F9, you should see the NEXT code on each except the first.
But the easiest way is to send us your 2 files or a significant excerpt of the problem (and you can replace the names with anything) using https://www.cjoint.com/ and come back to put the link here.
