Error on Delphi 7 Personal Edition

Hello, I have already installed Delphi 7 personal edition, so when I launch the application, this error message appears:

and I don't understand what it is about, so I need your help, thank you very much

    Hello,
    go to the delphgi directory and delete the file .... delphi7\bin\delphi32.dro (or rename it if you're afraid of losing it).
    And restart Delphi.

    There is another safer solution:
    right-click on the shortcut on the desktop, properties => compatibility tab => check run this program in compatibility mode... and select Windows XP Service Pack 2

      It's all set, thank you very much Nabil, but when I run my program, I get this error message:
      [Fatal error] Unable to create output file 'C:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi7\Projects\Project1.exe'.
      and I couldn't understand it!!

        for the second problem, you need to save the project before running it,
        it should work.
