Recovery Drive (D:) nearly full

Hi, yes it's an internal disk but the problem is that before it wasn't "full" like this, I haven't touched anything and now it's filling up more and more, soon it will be saturated.

has nothing to do with it because the system doesn't have a space issue, but it's the recovery that is swelling. On my Asus and all the PCs I usually repair, the recovery, whether visible or not, does not swell (because even if it's invisible, you can see it...)

It’s growing and it’s not normal for me because:
the recovery is the factory restore so why is it growing? Personally, it happens on an HP, and on the internet, I only see this issue on HP...

This is not a Windows 7 image, it would take between 15 and 20 GB... What was originally on this PC..? Maybe it wasn't Win 7 and the "Preload" is just the very compressed base installation?
