Hello,
For a few days now, my Recovery disk is almost full, with only 3.6 MB left out of nearly 10 GB. I used the disk explorer from Glary Utilities to see what was taking up so much space, and there is a "Preload" folder of 7.8 GB. I don’t know what it’s for, but how can I free up space on this disk?
Thank you

Hello.
Files still weigh 7.6 Gb. (20 files) See what's in there to move to C or to delete... Consult the HP procedure directly to clean this partition D. The example windows are in English but I think you should manage.

This is just a suggestion... Bye

No need to rush, you must leave on time...

The problem is that we shouldn't touch the Preload folder, yet it's the one taking up all the space :/
