Startup Issue: All Boot Options Have Been Tried. Press <F4>

Hello,

I have a Samsung 270E laptop running Windows 7 32-bit, and since this morning, it gets stuck at startup with this message:
All boot options are tried. Press <F4> key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any other keys for next boot loop iteration.

F4 only restarts my computer

I don't know what to do anymore, could someone please help me?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 36.0.1985.143
