Renaming a call-to-action button

Hello
I want to rename a command button when I create a shortcut for a macro
Is it possible? If so... how to proceed?

    then Developer tab/module Controls/right click on Design Mode/right click on the button/Properties/in the list at the top (Name) you'll see the default name, likely CommandButton1, you just need to rename it

    however, if you want to change the text on the button look for Caption which by default might be CommandButton1, just replace it

    what type of button is it, a form bar button "Button1"
    or an ActiveX "CommandButton1"

    I deleted your last message which was duplicated.
    So with a CommandButton it's very easy, what exactly do you want to rename your CommandButton or change the title of the CommandButton which is at the top of the button

    How can we configure the selection buttons to be able to provide an answer for each question on the same page?
    For example:
    civility
    -Mr.
    -Mrs.
    situation
    -married
    -single
    Currently, when I check a second selection, the first one gets unchecked...
