Good evening everyone.
I bought a second-hand BlackBerry Curve 8520 and I'm looking to update it but nothing works.
I downloaded the desktop manager and connected my device, but it tells me that no updates are available, yet my BB C8520 really needs an update.
1- My BB - C 8520 only has English and I don't understand English, and I can't change the language, which means I need an update.
Please help me.

I hope you got the desktop software compatible with your 8520..
The first thing to do is to update the Desktop Software on your computer.
Then, connect your BlackBerry Curve 8520 to the PC using the USB cable.
Once the phone is recognized, click on Applications in the left column.
The computer will then scan the application content of your phone.
In the list that appears, click on the + at the end of the line for the item "French support".
Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
