Hello everyone,
I recently created a template word based on a document that was sent to me - the pagination is important since it will lead to a printed book.

This template has left-right margins of 2.5 cm.

Since that fateful day when I made this template, all my prints are incorrect: the Word page is printed at a mini-size (at least 1/24th of the A4 page). All my documents come out like this, and I get the error message "margins for section 1 set outside the printable area," while the original document I used to create the template prints perfectly.

I hope I was clear.
Help me, thank you!

Hello,

The message "margins defined outside the printable area" is related to the printer. Have you changed it? Is the driver up to date?
You mention the left and right margins, but what about the top and bottom ones?
Have you tried printing to PDF?

Hello,
The message cannot be related to the printer because I can print other Word documents correctly. I haven't changed my printer.
My top and bottom margins are fine.
When I save the document as a .pdf, it prints the same way. However, if I send the file to another computer, there is no problem anymore.

The fact that you can print other documents correctly does not change the printer assumption if the document is not formatted the same way.
Is the other computer connected to a different printer?
Is the version of Word the same on the different workstations? Was the document created with that version?

Your document contains several sections. Have you checked the margins of section 1? Be careful, if there are "discreet" continuous section breaks on a multi-column page for example, it is better to use Go To to make sure you go to the right section.
