Word Printing Margin Issue

Solved

Hello,
For some time now, when I start a print job in Word, I get the following message: "The margins for section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue printing?"
Indeed, by choosing to continue, the printing proceeds normally, but how can I avoid getting this error message when my layout is set to default?
Thank you in advance for the response

Hello.

The writing margins (on screen) are those of Word; the printing margins (on paper) are those set by your printer.
So it may happen that the two do not match; to be sure of what you are printing, use File > Print Preview.

That said, if the text area extends beyond the printer's capabilities, you may still find that everything you hoped for appears on paper if the part detected as "out of bounds" contains only white (which is quite common).

A little tip to fix this: in File > Page Setup, set all margins to zero and, after clicking OK, allow Word to automatically correct them; logically, your message issue should be resolved.

See you!
