      I'm on CS4, I have it in the dropdown list in the same window but strangely it doesn't work when I click on it.

      I just did a test:
      you type in lowercase, you select the text to modify and then you click on the icon
      or you type directly with the icon active but always in lowercase
      however, if you type in uppercase it doesn't work
