Good evening,
I would now like to be able to send quotes or invoices directly by email, but I get the message: "no mail program associated to perform the requested action. Install the program or, if it is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel."
And I am also told: ERROR = unable to open
I haven't paid for maintenance for a long time, so there's no recourse with them. I tried going into the control panel, but I didn't succeed.
If someone can help me, my program is Windows 7.

    Based on the message, it seems that you are not using a mail program installed on your computer (Outlook, Thunderbird, ...).
    Thunderbird.
    You are probably using the web service of your email account (hotmail.com or another).
    In order for Ciel to interact with your emails, you need to install a local software.

      Whether it's Orange or another provider, it doesn't matter... It's the way you access it (via the Internet) that prevents most applications from accessing it.
      You need to install a messaging software (Outlook, for example) and configure it with your email account credentials.
