The Orange TV channels aren't working.

Hello,

I have a problem with my Orange TV, Canal + and France 2 work well but the other channels don’t work at all, just a black screen. I checked all the connections and it's not that. I restarted my Livebox and the TV box, but it still doesn’t work.

I don't know what to do anymore, please help me.

    Hello Lokis,
    Have you properly connected your network cable (RJ45) from your box to your decoder? If so, it can't be coming from anywhere else, so it would be best to call Orange and explain your issue to them. In that case, they will replace your decoder with a new one.
