I receive television via the terrestrial antenna, and I have a VCR connected to a TNT decoder. I can play a VHS cassette, record a program I'm watching, and, most importantly, record a show that's on another channel at the same time. To do this, I use the three remote controls: TV, VCR, decoder. I turn on the TV with the TV remote, display the menu with the VCR remote (Brandt), then, with the same remote, select AV1, AV2, the start and end times. I close this remote. I take the TV remote again: Source, then OK on "VCR." I then turn on the TNT decoder from the VCR, and the recording is programmed.
Since switching to HD, the picture on some channels has been very disturbed. I have therefore taken the decoder from the Orange TV, but I hesitate to install it as I don't know how to connect it and how to program a recording. Could someone help me?
Thank you in advance!

Good evening cetege,
the Orange decoder does not understand the digital recorder? It's much easier... for my part, I gave up the good old tape recorder but I kept it connected to watch my already recorded tapes. If that’s the case too; here is my connection:
- antenna in IN of the decoder // antenna OUT of the decoder to TV.
- SCART (black) between TV and VCR // blue SCART between decoder and VCR.
that's how it works for me but I record on the digital one. I hope I have met your expectation.
best regards
