Warcraft III : Reign of Chaos Patch

Hello everyone,
I recently bought Warcraft III (no piracy, nothing illegal).
The seller told me that it is in French, and when I installed it, I found it in English, and since he gave me no guarantee, he doesn't want to change it for me.
So I would like you to help me find an English/French patch so I can play the game.

    (Just a reminder that if you have FRO, you obviously have ROC, and by updating FRO, it also updates ROC, so no need to get both! ;) )

    My problem is that I have version 1.00 and when I try to connect to Battle.net it downloads the update... but it doesn't download anything at all, so I wanted to download the update manually!
    So if you could help me find such an update, please let me know :D

    To play online, it's simple: your PCs need to have the same update version, and it shouldn't be the very first one.

    Of course, I play on 1.00 locally with friends. Just go to local network connection on computer number 1, click properties, and you'll see a small list. In that list, there’s: Internet Protocol Version 4. Click properties, then set the following IP: 192.168.1.10. For the line below, put 255.255.255.0, and for the line below that, enter 192.168.1.10. Save it, then go to the other computer and do the same thing except for the IP, set it to: 192.168.1.20. Again, keep the same for the line below, and for the line below that, put 192.168.1.2. And before playing, disconnect from the internet on both computers. Well, I have a 3G dongle, so I have to remove it to play. If you’re playing with ethernet, I don’t know.
