Print preview issue in Word

Hello everyone, I have a real puzzle, thank you for helping me

my colleague is using Word, she has cells on a blank page, which she filled with names, to make labels. So far, no problem
however, when she goes to print preview to edit them, nothing shows up, just the blank page. We try to print anyway, and still nothing...
I opened a blank page and tried to write and do a preview, and that works without any issues.
Why doesn't it work on the label page?

    Hello,

    I think that simply, its labels were made in hidden format:

    Select the text, Format menu, Fonts: uncheck the Hidden option in the attributes.
