Print preview error network failure

Hello,

My father has a Brother laser printer 2530, which is connected to his laptop.
Recently, when he tries to print, whether from his PC or his phone, a document or anything directly from a website (tried on several sites), he gets a failure in the print preview due to a network problem, and he is unable to print or do anything.
However, if he tries to print a document that is already saved on his PC, it works perfectly.
If anyone could help me!!!

    The Brother 2530 can be connected via Wi-Fi or USB depending on the versions.
    For Wi-Fi connection, you have 2 methods:
    The Wi-Fi Direct method or the "classic" Wi-Fi method.
    Basically, with Wi-Fi Direct, the connection is only between the printer and the mobile device, while in the other case, the printer acts as a network printer like any other device and is accessible to both mobile devices and laptops or any other device that recognizes the network.

    Depending on your choice, you need to download the corresponding application.
