Hello,
As the title says, I have a problem with my mechanic. I bought an apartment and I have no money left, so I can't pay my mechanic. I've done some missions more than once and put all the money in the bank. I press SELECT or BACK for Xbox and request a vehicle, but it says I haven't paid the bill, even though the money is in the bank... What should I do?

Wait for the next paycheck, otherwise go to your apartment...
watch TV, change all the channels.
Go out to your garage, get in one of your cars.
Leave the garage (driving), normally you will get a message telling you that the paycheck has been paid.
I had the same issue a week ago...
And this technique worked, I hope I have solved your problem.
