Restore a tablet to yesterday

Hello,
I have a big problem, I lost the Word file of my thesis so I would like to be able to reset my tablet to the date of 01/13 in order to recover it.
Can you help me ????

    Hello.
    If you format your hard drive, you won't find anything; everything will be erased.
    Check on your tablet if you have points for > System Restore < and if so, restore your PC to an earlier date.
