Retrieve the wallpaper photo

I currently have a wallpaper that I can't find stored anywhere. Since I want to change it without losing it, how can I retrieve it and save it in images?

System Preferences => Desktop & Screen Saver => the name of the photo should appear to its right, so then you just have to search for it via Finder, for example. :-)
