    Merci de ta réponse. Oui, par moment (souvent), mon PC rame et se met à "réfléchir" avec un vieux bruit de tracteur. Je ne peux plus cliquer et toutes les fenêtres se bloquent pendant quelques secondes .

    il surchauffe,

    Installe Speedfan et vois à combien monte la température au maximum durant l'utilisation de l'ordinateur.
    Elle ne doit pas dépasser les 60 degrés.

    Suis ce tutoriel FRST: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
    Cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
    * FRST.txt
    * Shortcut.txt
    * Additionnal.txt

    Envoie comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site pjjoint et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

    Je n'arrive pas à exécuter farbar. La fenêtre qui s'ouvre n'est pas le smartscreen décrit dans le tuto mais une fenêtre qui me dit que je possède pas les chemins d'accès nécessaires.

    Je suis désolée mais je n'arrive pas à faire de capture d'écran de cette fenêtre, l'ordi se bloque quand j'essaie. Et mon antivrus (Panda) annule automatiquement l'install de farbar qu'il détecte comme un virus.

      Tu l'as dit plus haut c'est Panda qui le bloque.
      Donc faut mettre le fichier en exception sur Panda ou le désactiver le temps de l'analyse.
