My messages (received and sent) are no longer displayed #wikorainbom

Hello,

I have a Wiko Rainbow since June 2014 and for the past 3 days now, the messages I send no longer appear in my conversation, and the ones I receive disappear as soon as I send a new message or leave the conversation.

Sometimes, I can't read the message I receive at all; I just hear the vibration telling me I have a message.

So, this is really annoying.

If you have a solution...

    Hello

    Nothing annoying, it's just that your message box is full... So if you want to back up your texts, install SMS Backup+ from the Play Store... Then open this app and back up to your Gmail account (and after going through your PC on your Gmail, you should see a new label SMS...) Be careful, it only backs up SMS, not MMS........ Once you're sure they're well saved in Gmail, you can delete your texts from your phone.....

        do what I tell you...please....then go to application manager and swipe your page to ALL..search for your messaging app and clear the cache and data......then go to the play store and install cleanmaster and clean up...restart your phone.....then check that these SMS are not on the SIM.....also......and if it really doesn't work then you try a factory reset of your phone but you will lose everything so back up first..
