Mégane 2 speaker

Question

Hello,
I've been having trouble with my Megane 2 speakers for a while; they are crackling and I've found they are blown! I noticed there are only two holes for the screws, and I've searched online but only found old forums from years ago... So, I would like to know if anyone has had this problem and what speakers I should choose for my Megane.

Ok, it's simple, you just need to enter the following keywords into Google or Google Images:

" speaker for Megane II 2004 ", it will result in plenty of compatibility options without modifications to the door panel.

For example, Pioneer has the TS-Q131C which are designed to fit without any modifications.

Currently, all brands have made interchangeable products with the originals without any modifications.

You'll notice that the Pioneers have the same configuration as the original speakers: 2 attachment points diametrically opposite.

I'm sure that BLAUPUNKT has also made some, SONY as well, KENWOOD too, and I'm probably forgetting some.

And even if there are 4 attachment points, you can always cut 2 if they interfere with the installation, but generally, manufacturers carefully copy the originals to avoid having to do anything.

So you just need to do a little research, either online, or check with car HI-FI retailers.

PS: The only thing you really need to be 100% sure of is the depth of the speaker, you must not exceed the depth of the original speakers, otherwise you have to start using spacers to compensate, etc., and that’s where the troubles begin.
