Hello,
Following the installation of Windows 7 on my PC, I had to reinstall all the necessary drivers.
I therefore had to reinstall the driver so that my PC recognizes the connection of a USB device.
Unfortunately, when I try to install the said driver, it gives me an error message saying "this system does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."
I checked the readme to ensure my configuration matched, and I also ran a diagnostic on the "all drivers" website, which aligns with the readme information.
So here is my problem: how can I install the "USB driver" from the manufacturer if it "refuses" to install?
I hope I have been clear and detailed enough, thank you in advance for your solution proposals!

Thank you for your response
I followed this protocol, here is the response from Windows during installation:
"Windows encountered a problem while installing the driver for your device.
It encountered an error while trying to install it.
This device (root usb hub) is not functioning properly because Windows cannot load the required drivers for this device (code 31) "
Code 31 corresponds to the necessary driver update, but that seems to be exactly what I'm trying to do but can't, since it's the installation of the driver itself that is not working ...
