Bonjour,

Je sors d'un mois d'hôpital après une lourde opération. Mon fils de 11 ans en a profité pour se faire plaisir et de retour sur le pc j'ai beaucoup de problème.

Pour la lenteur, maintenant on arrive à aller sur internet mais le problème c'est les panneaux publicitaire.

Pour exemple, sur mes relevés de compte, j'ai parfois un rond vert et quand je reste dessus, cela parle de "edeals".
Sur le site internet du leclercdrive ou je commande mes courses, je clique sur une image cela m"ouvre une nouvelle page m'annonçant un sondage gagnant, un lot gagnant, etc...
Il m'arrive quand internet est lent de vouloir recliquer sur ma page, et hop rebelotte, nouvelle page qui s'ouvre.

J'ai essayé ZHPDIAG, ADWCLEANER, Ccleaner. Je tente de télécharge malwarebytes mais cela me mets comme message "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program".

J'avais déja posté un mess en juin j'ai essayé de refaire mais toujours ces pubs et lenteurs, je ne sais plus comment faire.

Suis ce tutoriel FRST: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
Cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
* FRST.txt
* Shortcut.txt
* Additionnal.txt

Envoie comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site pjjoint et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.

Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.


Redémarre l'ordinateur.



Supprime les PUM.DNS avec RogueKiller en suivant ce tutorial : https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=48312&start=
Donne le rapport de suppression de RogueKiller.


Refais un scan FRST et donne le rapport via pjjoint.

Alors désolé pour la longueur mais en ouvrant mon navigateur internet, il me parlait de mon proxy, je ne pouvais aller sur aucun site. J'ai du faire :

Outil - Options - Onglet Avancé - Réseau - Configurer la façon dont firefox se connecte à internet puis changer Utilisez les paramètres proxy du system par pas de proxy pour pouvoir me connecter à internet.

Bonsoir et désolé de me connecter que maintenant mais l'alimentation de mon pc a brulé, le temps de le remettre en état.

En tout cas je vous remercie car je n'ai plus de publicité. Parmi les logiciels que vous m'avez décris, lesquels puis-je utiliser pour nettoyer de temps en temps l'ordinateur afin d'être tranquille.

Bonne nouvelle.
Aucun, AdwCleaner faut l'utiliser que si tu as à nouveau le problème, c'est à dire si tu as réinstalle des logiciels publicitaires.

Mais le but du jeu c'est que tu comprennes comment c'est refourgué et que tu n'en réinstalles pas (voir ces conseils qui suivent).

Fais des scans réguliers avec, il est efficace.
