Hello, I want to convert a "money" file into an Excel file.
From my "money" file, I use the command "export to Microsoft Excel" and it works great, but when I try to convert this file that is in text "csv", I can't find the right commands; for your information, with Excel 2003, it was easy, but with Excel 2007, I'm stuck and struggling miserably, the online help isn't enough!!!
Here’s an example of a line from this file:
2693881,2014-01-17,Carrefour Contact,caisse d'épargne Courant,D.Assemblée Générale : alimentation,-43.0400,11486.7400

Thank you in advance for the help

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 34.0

    Good evening

    Select the data

    Data tab

    Convert

    Check Delimited then Next

    Check Comma then Finish

    Best regards

Hello and thanks to via55 for their response,
OK, well received, I successfully applied it; however, there was a small problem that the number columns were still in text format.
I applied the formula “=cnum(column x)” and then I did a copy + special paste “value” to cancel the formula.
I suppose there’s a possibility to create a formula that allows doing everything in one click, but I don’t know.
Be careful, you need to check that the Windows configuration panel formats the numbers with a "comma".
