Problemes avec StormAlert

Bonjour,
Je viens d'acquérir un PC portable avec Windows 8.1 et Internet Explorer 11. J'ai activé l'antivirus Windows Defender et supprimé MacAfee.
Suite à problèmes fenêtres publicités , j'ai utilisé AdwCleaner puis j'ai installé adblockplusie-1.2.
Malgré cela, j' ai toujours des fenêtres StormAlert . J' ai bien consulté les forums et j'ai l'impression que les procédures décrites sont uniques à un PC.
Donc je lance un appel au secours à qui veux bien entendre sachant que je ne suis pas un expert en informatique.

    Salut,

    Tu as installé des adwares et programmes parasites sur ton PC qui ouvrent des publicités et ralentissent l'ordinateur et les navigateurs WEB.
    Voici la procédure à suivre pour les supprimer :

    Commence par ceci :

    Télécharge https://www.malekal.com/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/?t=33839&start= AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.
    Sur la page d'AdwCleaner, à droite, clic sur la disquette grise avec la flèche verte pour lancer le téléchargement.
    Lance AdwCleaner, clique sur [Scanner].
    Le scan peux durer plusieurs minutes, patienter.
    Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur [Nettoyer]

    Une fois le nettoyage terminé, un rapport s'ouvrira. Copie/colle le contenu du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse par un copier/coller.
    Si cela ne fonctionne pas, utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com pour héberger le rapport, donne le lien du rapport dans un nouveau message.

    Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

    Cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
    * FRST.txt
    * Shortcut.txt
    * Additionnal.txt

    Envoie comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site pjjoint et donne les trois liens pjjoint de ces rapports afin qu'ils puissent être consultés.

    Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST.

    Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R, dans le champs executer, tape notepad et OK.
    Copie/colle dedans ce qui suit :

    Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
    Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
    A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.
    Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
    Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

    Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
    Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
    Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

    J'ai bien enregistré le fichier fixlist sur le bureau mais quand je lance FRST, il ne trouve pas ce fichier.
    Nota: FRST ne se trouve pas sur le bureau mais sur la barre de tache. Peut-être Est-ce la cause. Mais on ne propose pas de le mettre sur le bureau ???

    j'avais un autre souci qui peut-être sera terminé avec ces manoeuvres.

    En fait depuis une page de site (en cliquant sur le bouton droit de ma souris, enfin je suppose), j'avais une fenêtre qui s'ouvrait dans un nouvel onglet en prétextant un enquête de satisfaction pour le site en question pour aboutir à des soi-disant cadeaux. Plusieurs sites étaient concernés.

    A première vue il n'y aurait plus de StormAlert. Je vais observer puis je reviendrais pour clôturer.

    Cette procédure a-t-elle protégé mon PC ou faut-il installer d'autres protections ?Dans tous les cas je tiens à vous remercier pour votre intervention rapide et vos explications très précises.
