Cannabis video cat roulette police

Hello,

I'm not quite sure where I should post this, so sorry if I'm making a mistake.
I suppose it's related to privacy.
But I’m worried about the answer.
So, I’d like to know if, let's say I'm on bazoocam.
That I'm smoking a joint
and that the police are on bazoocam, can they, based on video evidence, come and arrest me for illegal consumption?
Thank you

    Hello,
it's still illegal no matter where you are.
but hey, it would be surprising if you got caught despite that....
    but don't take any risks.

      Actually, here’s the thing.
What’s scary is that he says, "Is the internet address yours?"
      I admit I’m stressed out..

Moreover, according to the site, he was about 180km away from this person’s home.

ah yes it means if it’s really the police
they probably have the IP address of the camera thanks to the site, right?

Thank you for the time you’re taking for me....

Logically, the law protects users of sites like this, and the police have no right to access your privacy on this site, except in the case of an investigation related to this site.
In principle, as long as no complaint has been filed against you, the police are not supposed to know what you are doing on Chatroulette as long as you comply with the legislation concerning the age of your interlocutor.
So smoking isn't good, but if you go on YouTube, you see plenty of guys smoking weed on Chatroulette who will never get caught :p
