Hello
If you don't have the installation CDs, try this >>> To reinstall Windows and all preinstalled software and drivers:
1. Turn on your computer and press the Alt+F10 key on your keyboard during startup. The Packard
Bell Recovery Management program will open.
2. Click on Restore system from factory default (Restore factory default settings of the system).
Warning: If you proceed with the restoration, all files on your hard drive will be
erased.
3. Click on Next to continue. The original factory-loaded content of your hard drive is restored. This
will take a few minutes.
Good luck
