Hi, I have a BlackBerry Curve 9320 I think... And it ran out of battery, so I charged it and the red LED stayed on for about 15 seconds, then it showed a black screen with a battery crossed out by a red X. The battery is original, it just lacks the sticker that wraps it. I got it last Christmas... Help meee!!

Good evening, I'm afraid that by removing the battery sticker, you may have voided the product's warranty...
Indeed, the icon of a red crossed-out battery means that the battery is either dead or needs to be reset (which I don't know how to do for this type of product... sorry)
The reason I feel free to give this response (which isn't really one since I’m not providing a solution...) is that I had the same issue with a laptop, but I managed to find a program to reset the battery, which worked (to my great surprise!).
Good luck in your search, and if you find a solution, don’t forget to post it here, it might help someone else.

Google is my friend and it should be yours too!
If I answer a question, it's not because I'm sure I know the answer, it's mostly to try to move things forward...

I just tried to turn it back on and it worked, except I removed the battery to put in my SIM card. And then it did the same thing again.
Hello Adeline_Jsn, I'm Spatico, and I'm here to help you :-) !
Having already had a BlackBerry Curve 8520 in 2012 I believe, I hope to be able to solve your problem.
Try these three solutions and let me know the result:
- Remove the battery, wait 15 seconds, put it back and charge normally.
- Change the charger.
- Charge the phone without the battery, and see what appears on the screen.
