Slow music followed by energetic music

Hello, I've been doing Artistic Gymnastics for quite some time now, and my competitions are approaching quickly. What I'm struggling with is choosing a piece of music that must be INSTRUMENTAL. I've searched for quite a while, and everything I find doesn't exist without lyrics. So, I'm wondering if you might know of other music that could fit my needs.

As for the style I'm looking for, it's a piece that starts softly, like a piano melody, and then suddenly explodes with, for example, drums, something lively that you can dance to energetically.

What I want is, for example, the context of a little girl who is well-behaved, the perfect little girl, and suddenly she explodes because she's tired of doing everything she's told without complaining and without being herself, and suddenly she lets loose and shows her true wild personality!

A piece of music that brings a smile and on which we can really go all out!
