Problem with L1C60x64.sys

Good evening everyone,
A few months ago I formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows 7. Since then, I occasionally get a blue screen with the error "Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". After a lot of research, I managed to understand my error message.
The problem seems to come from "L1C60x64.sys". But the issue is that I have absolutely no idea how to fix this problem. I don't know where to look to update it or to make it functional again.
I hope someone can help me, because a blue screen is very disruptive.
