bonjour, une amie a chopé un "trojan horse", son antivirus "norton" l'a mis en quarantaine mais ne fait rien de plus.Elle ne peut plus aller sur internet. Comment doit-elle faire? Nous sommes loin d'être des pros de l'informatique, svp aidez-nous!
