How to return an opened Samsung?

Hello, I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite without really, I admit, paying attention to its features, a friend told me it was better than the Galaxy Trend. I just went ahead and bought it on Amazon and I opened it last night, and... how can I say? Let's just say I'm really disappointed, not by the phone itself which already offers quite a few opportunities, but after the Galaxy Trend that I rendered unusable due to my own fault and clumsiness, it feels a bit foolish to have made the purchase...
I got too caught up in the praises of a friend who, I thought, knew a lot about all this and who ultimately recommended a phone that is much worse than the previous one, but I'm far from holding it against her. I'm just disappointed in myself and I really wish I could turn back time.
Of course, this isn't going to make me live a terrible life full of sorrow and famine, I'm well aware of that and I know that the only guilty party in this whole affair is me and my utter foolishness in not paying closer attention to what I buy. But still, I would really like to return the phone and if possible, get a refund to buy another one because if it's possible, then why not?
So here's the deal: I received it two or three days ago from Amazon and opened the package last night as well as the packaging of the charger, the battery, and the USB cable.
Is it possible to do anything to return it and get another one?
This will teach me that I shouldn't buy anything without paying closer attention ^^
Thank you for getting back to me as soon as possible!

    Hello

If you purchase 'off-premises' (e.g., online..), you can withdraw within 14 days..
Provided, of course, that this 'mobile' is in the same condition as when you received it..
Is the packaging in the trash?

See Code Conso L121-21 & seq..

    Return at YOUR expense..

    Cheers

P.S.: Tear-jerking text where 85% is completely unnecessary.. You could have phrased your question like this:

X days ago I received a 'mobile' ordered from Amazon.. Since it does not suit me, can I return it and get a refund?

That’s 2 CLEAR lines instead of 19 that are more than tedious to read to extract the 'essential substance'..
