TV reinstallation after moving

Hello,

I just moved to the other side of France (Lille -> Montpellier). When I plugged in my TV (a Belson BSV-19184), I noticed that I didn't have any channels anymore. I tried an automatic channel search, moved my antenna around in every possible way, but nothing works, I still get:
- either "Empty database"
- or paid channels (Canal+) that, of course, I can't receive and that start at 0500.

I want to clarify that I have correctly selected TNT as the source with my remote. And that in TV source, I still have no channels either.

If someone could help me, that would be really nice.
Thank you very much!

Ah yes, indeed! It's my first time living in an apartment and I hadn't thought that it was probably a shared installation. A socket was hidden behind a piece of furniture, but I don't know how to use it and what type of antenna I should buy. The socket in question:

But first of all, is this what I need to receive TV signals?
    Thank you!

The wall socket seems to have 2 "F" connectors (threaded?), in principle... it's only for the satellite TV... but what are the inscriptions? (illegible)

On the left of the sockets, it simply says "DATA" and at the bottom right, "ETC" (the brand, I presume).

to be sure and if collective antenna? check with the syndic or the manager or the social housing or the owner, also ask the concierge.... If wall outlet from a cable operator check with them..
