Hello,
So here it is, I’m moving in the next few days, I am subscribed to canalsat and have all my satellite equipment, etc. The problem is that I’m moving, and I can’t install my satellite dish at my new place.
So the question I’m asking is: Do I have a way to switch to another reception method so that I don’t lose the end of my commitment, or even stay with them, since I’ve gotten used to all my little programs, whether I like it or not!!!
Thank you very much for your answers in advance, and I apologize if this topic has already been discussed, I've searched but don’t have time to dwell on it with the move happening in two days.
Thanks again.
Have a good day everyone!

If you have opened a Canal account online, go to assistance, choose the option "I change my reception method", click on the one you want to have, a phone logo will appear, click on it and enter your details to request a call back.
You can also receive Canal through your ISP. Test your future phone line here: http://www.123adsl.com/ if you are eligible for TV via ADSL, ask your ISP for instructions on how to receive Canal+ or CanalSat via ADSL.-
Thank you very much, indeed, everything is clearly laid out. I have my head in the boxes and I’m sorry to have bothered you for such a small matter. Thanks again, I will be able to look into the options via TNT and especially via ADSL once I am settled. That's perfect, I would have really been upset to lose the remaining 6 months and to lose CanalSat altogether.
Thank you =)
